A manhole had a problem due to incorrect installation and soil eroding. EcoFlow responded quickly and sent someone to sort the problem within a couple of days. The work was done to a high standard. They charged on half hourly rate so it was also good value.

Came in suggested the leak was probably from a blockage on the main pipe underground causing running water to shoot back up. Went under with pressure water and cleared it. Then resealed both ends where the pipe leaked. Polite and good job! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. Great communicators, quick to answer back and great at customer service. Quick to come out and tries to fit you in as soon as possible. Very reasonable price. Very thorough job and really knowledgeable, felt like he went above and beyond.
